✨SD Nail Artistry – Booking Policy✨ To respect both my time and other clients, a 24-hour cancellation notice is required. Because no deposit is required when booking, appointments canceled within 24 hours will be charged 50% of the scheduled service. This fee helps cover the reserved appointment time. ✨Emergencies✨ As we all know, life happens…In the case of an emergency, please call or text as soon as possible to reschedule your appointment. ✨Late Policy✨ A 15-minute grace period is allowed. Please communicate if you are running late so I can adjust your appointment accordingly. Arrivals beyond the grace period may have their service shortened, adjusted, or may need to be rescheduled to avoid delays for the next client. ✨No-Show Policy✨ Clients who do not show up for their appointment without communication will be charged 50% of the scheduled service. No-Shows • Repeated no-shows may require full payment upfront or refusal of future bookings. ✨Special Appointment Requests (Outside Business Hours)✨ • Appointments requested outside of SD Nail Artistry’s regular business hours are considered special appointments and must be approved in advance. • An additional $20 convenience fee will be added to the service total for approved appointments outside of business hours. • The $20 fee is non-refundable and does not replace the required deposit. • All standard booking, cancellation, and late policies still apply to special appointments. ‼️By booking with SD Nail Artistry, you acknowledge and agree to these policies.
